Isidora Stevanović

Isidora Stevanović, soprano, was born in Prizren on March 19, 1992. , lives in Belgrade (Republic of Serbia). After graduating from the XV Belgrade High School and Music School “Josip Slavenski”, she completes her undergraduate and Master’s academic studies at the Faculty of Music of Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade, in the class of professor Nikola Mijailović.

She is a student at the Faculty of Biology at the University of Belgrade. After passing the audition, she trained at the Opera Studio “Borislav Popović” National Theater in Belgrade (2018/2021). She is a participant in the project “Opera: Past, Present, Perfect!” organized by Music opera theater organization MOTO, under the auspices of Creative Europe.

During her education, she won first prizes at national and international competitions (“Lazar Jovanovic”, “Petar Konjovic”, “Bruna Špiler”…), Laureate of the Republic competitions of music and ballet schools of Serbia, as well as the “Dositeja” Youth Fund talents of the Republic of Serbia. She made her debut in the National Theater in Belgrade with the role of Ines in opera “Il Trovatore”.

She performed in the roles of: Eurydice (Orpheus and Eurydice), Ines (Il Trovatore), Anina (La Traviata), Giovanna, Countess Ceprano (Rigoletto), Koca (Kostana); as well as Stanka (Na uranku – MOTO production), Berta (Il barbiere di Seviglia – University production art in Belgrade), Vila (Lazarevo obretenije – in honor of six and a half centuries of Kruševac). She participated in concerts in country and abroad. She is regularly improving at the Master classes. She has experience in the organization of projects in the field of opera and classical art of music, scientific and educational programs, as well as pedagogical experience as a teacher at the subject Music culture. She speaks English, Italian and French.
