Dusan Dakic, tenor, born in Odzaci (Serbia) on 4th of April 1999. He attended high school “Petar Konjovic” in Sombor as a pupil in professor Silvia Minea’s class. During his school time he achieved great success in both national and international competitions, some of which are: International Competition “Nikola Cvejic”-Ruma, International Competition “Vera Kovac Vitkai”-Novi Sad, National Competition UMBPS-Beograd…
Dusan also performed on public media services such as: RTS, RTV, Pink RT, TV Srece, Brainz TV… At the moment, Dusan is attending Academy of Arts in Novi Sad firstly as a student of professor Dr. Milica Stojadinovic and from 2021. as a student of professor mr Ljiljan Liskovic . Dusan had the opportunity to perform beyond the borders of his country: Italy (Sulmona), Hungary (Kishunhalas), Croatia (Zagreb), Montenegro (Herceg Novi).Until now he had the pleasure of collaboration with a great number of pedagogues and attended many masterclasses: Claudia Visca, Patricia Blanco, Michele Kalmandi, Hany Abdelzaher, Radmila Bakocevic
Dusan was also a part of several projects, some of which are: “A fest” – Novi Sad, “Panonska bastina”-Zagreb, The Opera Carmen on “Operosa Montnenegro opera festival” under the sponsorship of Operosa organization, directed by Martin Loyd Evans and conducted by Eralda Salmieri, Association “Visoko C”-Novi Sad…. Opera by Benjamin Britten “Let’s make the opera/The little sweep” in “MOTO” organization. Hi played his first role in first Serbian opera “Na uranku” by Stanislav Binički in “MOTO”(Music Opera Theatre Organization) He is also the winner of scholarship for advancement of vocal arts “Melanije Bugarinovic I cerke Mirjane Kalinovic Kalin” which is awarded by private fund.
